Very helpful and friendly. Through my error, I had to change the departure date. She worked with the cruise line to make the change happen.

It was wonderful. I made a mistake while choosing the room and was able to call and have it corrected. The lady that answered my call was great!

It was excellent. Had a question that was answered in the chat window. Took me a while, as I tried many different options (Interoir, balcony, aqua class, etc)

Justin Williams is great and so easy to work with throughout. Not his fault but I see today that like the day after we booked we now could get free gratuities for 2. Just my luck I guess!
