Lisa Christy was absolutely amazing! We have never gone on a cruise before and had some concerns due to some medical considerations/needs. She made me feel very well-heard, taken care of, and that our needs would be met on our cruise. She really helped to demystify the process and took a lot of the stress out for us. We're really looking forward to our trip and are glad to have Lisa as our resource.

ResponsiveI do think that cheap cruises should provide the benefits of booking on the site — even a last minute booking such as this.I stayed with cheap cruises out of pure loyalty and for the perks. I could have booked direct days earlier and gotten the same results without waiting for Mary Gene to return. I was disappointed by this as a loyal customer but am always happy to have Mary Gene

I had an issue booking on line so I called in. The first person couldn't book the cruise for me so I called back in a few minutes and tried someone else. That person also failed to be eble to help me kook a cruise. I ended up finally being able to book the cruise on line but had to call back a third time to have my diamond status with Cheap Cruises added. This person was great but it would be easier if i have a loyalty number that I can add to my booking easily. All good in the end
