I have never been on a cruise and I had lots of questions. All my questions were answered

Wonderfully detailed sign in and booking process!

Lauren was great to work with.

Marie Abuyousif is fantastic

First time going on a cruise and booking was easy

Great

I left 3 message before Albert called me back. But, that was not his fault, he was out of the office for a few days and didn't know I was trying to book a certain cruise. When he called me back he answered all my questions and helped with getting on the cruise I wanted to be on. Very smooth sailing, excuse the pun.

Service Rep. was pleasant and patient.

Excellent service.

It was a great experience, she was very professional and courteous.
