I had to call because I was having trouble booking on line. I spoke w/ Taylor who was extremely helpful and completed the booking for my family. She spent quite a while with me on the phone and answered all of my questions. I appreciated her patience and kindness.

Booking online was a little bit of a guessing game. as you proceed with the booking, info about the cruise is no longer available. When I applied for Uplift to pay for the cruise, the whole thing did not go through and froze. I ended up calling a representative who was not familiar with the uplift form of payment and ended up having to pay in full with an existing credit card.
