I recently booked a cruise while on Royal Caribbean and it was suppose to be sent over to Cheap Cruises. My final payment was due just a few days after my return and when I checked with CC they had no received my booking. I called and was fortunate to get Shannon Williams as my agent and she was able to get my booking from RC sent over to CC as I had requested at time of booking on Allure of the Seas. Shannon helped me with other details for the cruise. Very excellent customer service and I will be sure to have her assist me in future cruises.
