I would say Connor Cross is the best travel agent I have ever used. He is pleasant to deal with and is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and he helps me make informed decisions. When I am interested in cruising I will only use Connor! He is a great asset to your company. I also have referred him to many of my friends and family. and they agree with me.

MS.Wilson made it so easy, I will call her again for my next cruise. Hopefully next year. I feel if I have any questions I could call and ask her and feel comfortable asking.

I appreciated the follow-up from Cathy Benge. She made my experience so much better! I had an issue with the payment and she helped me get it taken care of and complete my reservation.

Agent was nice and helpful, but the only reason I even called after having set up everything online was what seems to be a bait and switch now. The website stated that there was an additional on board credit offer, but you had to call.to get that and couldn't be done online. The agent wasn't aware of that and went to the website as well to confirm the offer, but was unable to match that. After booking via VacationsToGo for 20 years, I decided to try Cheap Cruises for the first time. Not impressed based on this experience and will likely go back to the other company.
