Ms. Debra was very nice and efficient. Her warm personality made the booking easy and I appreciate the perks and on board credit provided

Greg did a great job explaining the options and the "unobstructed view" Veranda room . I still have questions, but plenty of time to get answers from Celebrity.

Great interaction with Staff; It all began with Dedicated cruise travel agent, Tia Laywell (800) 972-7447 extension 33390I've called a few more times to confirm a few things and with each call the same professionalism was noted.

Booking through this site was pretty easy, ultimately we chose this site because they work with uplift for financing. Great experiences have been had with that financing option and we are very great full for it.

Couldn't complete my reservation online, so I had to wait until the morning to call in. The cabin I wanted was no longer available. 😪Was informed that NCL shuts down at midnight for maintenance. Sucks for us on the west coast!
