I attempted to book my cruise online, but after I entered my credit card information, the site said it was unable to process my payment, and to call the number shown on the site. I called, and after waiting 20 minutes, the system instructed me to hang up, and that I would be receiving a call from a representative soon. A representative named Andrew called me back and could not find my temporary reservation. So we had to start over and go through the entire booking process over the phone. Andrew did a great job, and at the end of our call he asked if I wanted to book with the credit card ending with these certain 4 digits, and he gave me the digits of the credit card that I had tried to use when I was attempting to book online. However, despite that inconvenience, I am now all booked and was able to see my reservation on the Celebrity Cruise website. I am very much looking forward to taking my FIRST cruise in May 2024!

Excellent experience working with this cruise travel agency. I would strongly suggest that you book with them by telephone rather than through their website. You can search for cruises with their easy to use search engine and then call them to book your cruise. They are extremely helpful and get you all the perks they can possibly get, plus, they have their own perks over and above what the cruise lines offer.
