Liz Rivera has booked several cruises for me and she is always a pleasure to work with. Every time I call her it's like speaking with an old friend.

Easy so far. Not done with paying for cruise so don't know how easy that will be.

Received a federal price through cheap cruises. Then royalCaribbean itself even though IMA Crown and anchor member.

I would say Connor Cross is the best travel agent I have ever used. He is pleasant to deal with and is very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and he helps me make informed decisions. When I am interested in cruising I will only use Connor! He is a great asset to your company. I also have referred him to many of my friends and family. and they agree with me.

MS.Wilson made it so easy, I will call her again for my next cruise. Hopefully next year. I feel if I have any questions I could call and ask her and feel comfortable asking.
