Nice experience with booking

Lisa Christy was absolutely amazing! We have never gone on a cruise before and had some concerns due to some medical considerations/needs. She made me feel very well-heard, taken care of, and that our needs would be met on our cruise. She really helped to demystify the process and took a lot of the stress out for us. We're really looking forward to our trip and are glad to have Lisa as our resource.

Mary Gene is great. Prompt. ResponsiveI do think that cheap cruises should provide the benefits of booking on the site — even a last minute booking such as this.I stayed with cheap cruises out of pure loyalty and for the perks. I could have booked direct days earlier and gotten the same results without waiting for Mary Gene to return. I was disappointed by this as a loyal customer but am always happy to have Mary Gene
