Susanne Lough provided excellent customer service. She was very helpful and was able to fulfill my request. She took the time to answer all my questions in a friendly manner. I had called earlier in the day and the representative I spoke with was very short with me. Her tone of voice seemed like she was irritated every time I asked a question. She did not want to take the time to answer my questions. She was unable (unwilling) to fulfill my request. Based on that conversation I would not recommend your company to friends and family. However, when I spoke with Susanne my experience was completely different. After working with her I would definitely recommend your company. Unfortunately I cannot recall the name of the lady who provided horrible customer service.
