I interacted with staff on the phone as well as doing a screen chat. Both people were attentive, effective, and professional. I downgraded my review score because of deceptive language when describing the cabin options. One entry for $350 disclosed in the large typeface initial description that it was for obstructed balconies. The next option was for a Balcony Cabin (nowhere is obstructed mentioned anywhere in the description) and the price was about $40 higher. Makes sense to charge less for obstructed view. Got all the way through the booking and in a document I am first allowed to see after paying it warns that I may end up with an obstructed view! WHAT?! Y'all choose exactly what language to use on your website. I am assuming this is an honest oversight, not meant to deceive or mislead. I requested contact information so I can follow up to point out the misleading discrepancy and try to get the website language changed. The chat person provided me a phone number and I appreciate that.
