It was very easy

Great

I recently booked a cruise while on Royal Caribbean and it was suppose to be sent over to Cheap Cruises. My final payment was due just a few days after my return and when I checked with CC they had no received my booking. I called and was fortunate to get Shannon Williams as my agent and she was able to get my booking from RC sent over to CC as I had requested at time of booking on Allure of the Seas. Shannon helped me with other details for the cruise. Very excellent customer service and I will be sure to have her assist me in future cruises.

Kathy is ways very helpful and kind always a pleasure thankypu always!

Easy to understand, great price and incentive

It was great

Shannon the Cruise representative was fantastic to work with. The only issue was the length of time taking to input the final booking process which seemed to be a computer program problem.

Chris Festerman was knowledgeable and helpful. We are looking forward to our next cruise we just planned. Jim Resnick
