I found it fairly easy to use the website to book a cruise. The only thing that I wasn't sure how they worked were the extra bonuses that are offered. Other than that I was very happy with the experience.

The first agent was absolutely awful! Almost TWO hours on the phone and then she told me another hour so I hung up on her!The second agent, Christina, was great! Literally seventeen minutes and the cruise was booked! She was thorough and quick. Confident in her abilities and friendly!
