This is my second year, using them to purchase my vacation, and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service experience. I owe it all to my agent for taking her undivided time, and Giving her careful thought of what this trip means to me and all that I want out of it, she goes above and beyond to make suggestions and think of things I would otherwise forget she takes her time and it’s obvious that I am not just a quota of commission she wants to earn rather I am a customer from beginning to end from booking the cruise until the day I set sale. She is always masked herself available and I have pure confidence that she will make it a priority to get right back to me if she’s not.Cheap cruises has been the only place I’ve booked a cruise through and this is my second year using them so I don’t have a long history of using them for a travel agency however, everything starts from somewhere and they’ve done everything right that’s far and that’s where you make a lasting impression. If it’s done right, then everything is built on that trust and that has been the reason I booked with them a second year in a row, choosing just any agent that picks up the phone to serve me, is not some thing I feel as comfortable with considering the exceptional service my agents, Amanda Slifer has spoiled me with. I am sure, though that cheap cruises has a standard that every agent must uphold. It’s the personality of my agent however, they’re not just anyone can have that’s just a personal strength that I absolutely gravitated towards. I want somebody who is going to be excited about some thing that I am excited about, or know that I am anxious to be able to provide me that assurance and recommendations to make things less stressful I love that I can just trust her with doing so much with such a little input from me and that she always seems to know the options that I might be interested in and when I’m not quick to please with accommodations she never makes me feel like I am wasting her time or that I need to just hurry up and choose some thing. She wants me to be happy that is her first and most important priority. If I’m not satisfied, I know she’s not either.Thanks for making my cruise, a priority and my satisfaction your goal!

It is better to do the online reservations on the computer rather than on the cell phone because of the bigger computer screen and inputting the required information faster with the keyboard.
