I usually use an agent but was not able to reach my agent for days. I am on my third or forth agent due to them not returning calls. So I booked online. I had questions and chat was no help. When agents are sick or on vacation their voicemail should reflect that. I have used Cheap cruise s for years now and book expensive rooms I expect better service
