Uh I looked I booked, you came back and said to finish, after I had already gave u a deposit, what gives? Only need cruise for two not 4, still not sure it is booked, strange site to book with

It was mostly easy and straightforward. When asked to register passenger number one I put my husband in with his email. However, I would rather emails be directed to me the wife, passenger number two. I could not figure out how to get that changed.

Books on board and when I called had no idea this was going through cheap cruises. Thought we booked directly with MSC. Then when I called cheap cruises they had nothing on our booking from March 29 that we booked on board. Then I spent an hour for the agent to enter my booking information from MSC that we received after out deposit 3/29/2025. Then spent another 3 hours trying to clear up a balance they told us we owe even though we paid the amount that said due by 12/22/2025 on 12/17/2025. Extremely disappointed in this whole process from booking on board to being told we had booked with cheap cruises to being told the amount on FINAL AMOUNT was not the final amount.
