very easy to use the website. the only issue I have has to do with the $25 deposit offer. I accepted it but was disappointed to read that this will cost me $100 if I should have to cancel my reservation within the no penalty period allowed by Royal Caribbean. Disclosure was found only in detailed terms and conditions which were not prominently available until after the reservation was made. I would prefer to have made the regular initial deposit to protect myself if I have to cancel.
