My only complaint is that I always have to call to complete the transaction because my credit card billing address is different than my residential address. Otherwise, I love the booking process, especially the ability to see/compare room locations before booking.

I enjoyed dealing with Carleen Oneil to book our second cruise to celebrate our 60th wedding weekend. It’s always a pleasure to speak with her.

It was was excellent both times we have booked through Cheap Cruises. Both Hope Uzcategui and Yolanda Jolliffe were amazing to work with. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful they were.
