Diane was wonderful to work with. Very nice lady. Explained everything to me. Excellent service

Enjoyable experience, Gabrielle was very pleasant, courteous and professional.

Consultant was great

I usually use an agent but was not able to reach my agent for days. I am on my third or forth agent due to them not returning calls. So I booked online. I had questions and chat was no help. When agents are sick or on vacation their voicemail should reflect that. I have used Cheap cruise s for years now and book expensive rooms I expect better service

Great! We got the trip we planned and Mary Gene was AMAZING

I was not able to complete the purchase of the cruise online so I had to speak with a representative. It took us several trys of missed calls before we connected but she was very helpful when we did make connections.

It was an easy process, can't wait to enjoy!

Barbara Bahm was a pleasure to work with. the experience was very reassuring. I hope the trip goes as smooth.

This is our first time booking a cruise! And Brittany was so nice and helpful!

Becca Reaves is the very best! We never have to wonder if we are getting the best deal when we book a cruise through Becca! She is extremely knowledgeable about the ships and best cabin locations. We have been using her for years and don't ever want to use anyone else ever again!
