Grea

It was all good except when I try to call them no one answers the phone. Kind of irritating since they say they are available 24/7. Other than that they did good

Heidi has always been very helpful in booking our cruises

Very easy

We are multiple time sailors. I was having trouble booking online. Tried chat, bad experience. Called in, first time, he hung up. 2nd time, we got disconnected. 3rd time was a charm with a charming individual, Annette Exposito. I'll stick with her for future bookings. She got it all take care of for us! Very pleased!

Anna Aragon is amazing. My family and I always use her when booking a cruise!!

So much easier then going directly to the cruise company or better yet using Costco, triple A or other travel sites.

Greg was fantastic and very helpful in making sure I was educated on how cruises work. I talked to several other travel booking agents and none offered the information he did.

Easy to use.

Suzanne was wonderful. She was informative, professional and caring to my needs and questions. She is a credit to the company.
