Very fast but thorough. Cheryl is very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions as this is my first time on a cruise.

Person was very patient and willing to work to find answers to help. Internet was slow so ig took more time than necessary for her to work through screens.

My travel agent, Susanne Lough, was terrific. She was so helpful and patient it was a pleasure making the 3 separate reservations I need to make with her help.
