My rep was very informative and professional

I am very pleased with the assistance I received from Emily Graham while working out the details for my cruise. She is not only knowledgeable, but also an excellent and patient communicator. I'm not sure this trip would have been booked if I didn't have Emily working to put it together. On the other hand, the "teasers" on discounts and pricing that fill your ads are very annoying and almost made me cancel out your company as a booking source. The actual value is nowhere near the hype...as I'm certain you're aware.

It was a wonderful experience. So easy and interesting.

Awesome

Very easy to book on-line

Easy transaction, no where was there any mention of a processing fee until it came time to pay.

Great website, when I needed help, with a push of a button someone was there to help
