The travel agent Kaitlynn Jensen was so patient and informative. She was very polite, professional and personable, and took time to explain things to me and answer my questions.

Cheryl has always been and continues to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and seems to make the extra effort for her clients.

Wonderful

Everything went as expected. Smooth.

Rebecca was the BEST!I have never booked or been on a cruise before. She was super knowledgeable, patient and made it so easy. She asked the right questions and guided us to feel comfortable and confident in our booking of three different cabins for my wife and I and adult childre/spouses. Her follow-ups to make sure it was all good and not one question went unanswered. I had no idea of what we were looking for and she just made it happen. What a great resource. I would DEFINITELY book our next cruise with her. We are really looking forward to our time away as a family.

Tim Brown was great!

Very pleasant experience with Ricky!

Great! Please recognize Katie Powers. She went above and beyond assisting us with the cruise and hotel booking!
