The whole process was easy. My wife and I have never been on a cruise before. My wife turns 50 this December and our wedding anniversary is 5 days later. A couple days later I decided to upgrade ocean view was not going to cut it for such a special occasion. It being our first cruise and my wife's birthday I felt we needed a balcony. They were sold out of standard balcony staterooms so we got a spacious balcony stateroom. Nearly 2000 dollars more but cheap cruises.com made it easy for me. I would of thought there would have been some perks with the upgrade but no. Not for lack of trying cheap cruises.com went back to Royal Caribbean three times for me to try to get them to throw in some type of amenities. Cruise ship visa to spend on board, drink package. They didn't budge which was disappointing. I do thank cheap cruises.com. for he.ping me and making this process painless. I'm hoping my wife and I will love our cruise and this is a beginning of many more I will use cheap cruises.com again. I would recommend to everybody to use cheap cruises.com when thinking about going on a cruise.
