Excellent service. Jen made it very easy.

John is very knowledgeable. We booked the cruise without any problems.

My travel agent is Justin Williams and has been using his services for over 10 years. Very informative and helpful. Thank you for helping me book my upcoming cruise on Feb. 27, 2023! ~Frances & Leon Chiu

I booked my cruise through Drake Koonce;just another way of saying that my experience was magnificent. From the time that I booked my very first cruise with Drake, all the way through my current Diamond status with Drake & Cheap Cruises, I have never been shown anything other than stellar industry knowledge and top notch professionalism. That’s why if Drake is off or out of the office for any reason, I always await his return before proceeding to book my next cruise! Kudos to Cheap Cruises staffing your organization with employees like Mr. Koonce!

Went very smoothly. Hope was very professional

Lachetta was very helpful and knowledgable.

Booked a cruise, and decided the same day to change it (same cruise line / different trip). The process was much easier than expected. Both agents were patient and professional, and helped with the changes, cancellations, insurance, etc. Thank you for your dedicated employees!

Easy booking on website, immediate email response and great customer service.
