I had to retype in names and information a few times. That made it a little frustrating.

Payton was terrific. This is my family’s first cruise ever so I had a million questions. She was patient and answered them all in a friendly way without making me feel stupid. I was a little disappointed that one of the perks I thought I was getting didn’t apply even though the website didn’t show that it wouldn’t. Payton gave me additional onboard credits to help offset it though. Don’t take the great price at face value though. Everything extra cost a fortune. So make sure you budget for it.
