Excellent service from DonnieHelpful and curtious

Very simple, no problems.

Stacey walker helped us so much on our first ever cruise thank you!!!

Very easy to book and the follow up after booking to make sure I’m ready to go is nice.

Anya was excellent! She explained everything in detail sometimes twice when I had questions. She personalized the experience of chosing a cruise taking into account everything I requested. Will use your company from now on when booking a cruise!

Sara did a great job and was very helpful. She helped me with my booking and also helped me choose the best incentive for my cruise.

Experience was fine - I like picking my own room. It sure would be nice if I could get more than one cabin at the same time. We got two cabins but had to go in twice.

Tried to book on-line but the cruise I was interested in would not load to make cabin selections. Contacted the toll free number and spoke with Liz in Connecticut. She was amazing. Went the extra mile to secure the cabins we wanted, even contacting the cruise line, when one was only coming up as guaranteed only and was ultimately able to secure both cabins. She was sweet and pleasant to work with. Will definitely keep her contact info when we plan our next cruise later this year.

Anita Brown is awesome..so knowledgeable and helpful. We shall continue to book all our cruises with her.

No real issues. The incentives were a bit confusing. I still am not sure if I am getting on board credit or a Visa gift card or both...
