There was an issue on Carnival side but the representative was awesome when it came to resolving the issue. She was very pleasant and very informative. I appreciated the time she took with me yesterday morning.

We have booked with you in the past. We called Shavon May, told her what we were looking for and she put a package together for us, went through the whole process and we booked it.

Very easy to navigate and purchase my cruise and the price was better than the actual cruise ship's site!
