Relatively easy booking process. Finding, reviewing, and reserving flowed smoothly. However, on this page you insist on having the ToS agreement checked off without providing a link to the Terms of Service. So, the favorable answer above is offset by the observed deficiency here.

The cruise we wanted had the room options disappear. So we tried calling, before an answer could be made, the room options came back up....so we just booked it through the website. Not a bad experience, lots of options. It would be helpful for you to list the taxes and fees too. I was shocked when some lines had 200% fees and taxes. So the list price we searched on was not much use to us.
