My original call was, unfortunately, cut off. My repeat call was answered by Deven Robinson who was excellent. She worked with me in a friendly yet business-like way, addressed my questions and concerns fully and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. Apparently there was a problem with the Norwegian computer system and putting through our payment, and Deven kept me fully informed on the status.As a former consumer relations manager for a major company I can say that Deven is exactly the kind of representative I looked for and would have been lucky to have on my staff.
