All customer service reps were amazing that I spoke with. We all agree that I need to close my laptop to avoid my cat from buying cruises!

We were buying a honeymoon cruise for our son and his wife to be and Katie was great! She answered all our questions and made all the needed changes to make it just so. We did have a few long waits but it was in our favor so we were ok with that. Otherwise it was a good experience and we will definitely call in again.
