Went well

I booked the cruise online and selected the wrong cruise. Once I realized the error, I contacted Cheap cruise to cancel and was charged a cancellation fee of $100.00 plus $25.00 processing fee. Since the error was done on the 20 Mar 2026 and I contacted Cheap cruise within 24 hours on the 21 Mar 2026 I requested to have the cancellation fee waived but that was not done now it has cost me $125.00 for selecting the wrong cruise. I feel the best action for me in the future is to contact the cruise line directly to avoid losing money if an error is made.
