It was easy to complete on-line. I called to speak with a rep. (priscilla at ext. 35543) about the pricing - what was included in the base price and why/what all of the extra charges were that pretty much doubled the cost to us! Priscilla was patient with me, and I appreciated her help. I do think it would be VERY good to list the base price, but below it list the additional charges that apply no matter what other options are chosen. TRANSPARENCY PLEASE :)
