The agent that booked the cruise for me was outstanding. Very pleasant, professional and super helpful! She made some recommendations on room selection location and was able to get our fare lowered while still getting us the balcony room we wanted. She's the best.

Always helpful!

Kevin was very personable while helping me with my booking. I really enjoyed working with him.The only issue was that when I reviewed my charges, there was a processing fee from cheap cruises that I was charged twice for. The final cost for the rooms were more than we discussed. During our call he quoted me prices for the rooms and the final charges were more. Can someone please look into this, and if needed I can provide a picture of the notes I took during the call. Thank you!

Ann was pleasant, patient and helpful. She listened to our needs and followed up effectively. We appreciate the added bonuses offered by this company.

Fallon has always been terrific. Very detailed and willing to help wherever she can.

Kevin Davis is top notch

Stephanie was great. Very knowledgeable, patient and has a good sense of humor. We had a lot to cover and she answered all questions. She was very helpful and mentioned that if we had more questions to just call her and she would be happy to answer any questions. We are looking forward to a wonderful cruise.

Cheryl was such a kind, efficent travel agent. I look forward to working with her many more times
