It was amazing. We spent hours on line and couldn’t find the right cruise. Then we spoke to Kathy who listened to our needs and exceeded them. Her knowledge of the ship and ports made all the difference. It’s going to be a great family cruise, we cant wait!

Easy to book online, called support 3x during the process, phone always answered promptly and agents were friendly and super-helpful. Only complaint is the $24.95 booking fee which I haven't previously experienced with any other online cruise booking agency.
