Too difficult to sign up for Specialty Dining and excursions.Could not get account set-up for the Cheap Cruise Rewards program.Travel agent does not return calls or messages.Other travel consultants with your company seem to NOT know how to assist customers.Agents give too many different responses that do not resolve the problem.I will never use this company again.

My booking experience with Cheap Cruises was fine, but the cruise line, MSC, has not yet assigned our cabin and therefore we cannot complete the check-in process. That process has been very confusing, despite multiple e-mails and phone calls. The rate was good, but the check-in process has been difficult.

My agent was wonderful, but your reward system isn’t. I’ve been cruising with Cheap Cruises for a long time and I do not understand the reward system. We were one day late, redeeming it for our next cruise and we didn’t see any place. It said he had two months to redeem it so I don’t think I will consider using Cheap Cruises again.
