It was very late at night when we called and we needed three reservations and they did that for us in record time.

Smooth process.

Very clear and understandable instructions.

Julie Collins is amazing. Very kind and polite, knowledgeable, efficient and has a good sense of humor.

It was very good, thanks to Jamie Hodds and Kat for helping

It was fairly easy to book. However, finding what was inclusive was very hard. It took a few phone calls between Cheap Cruises and the cruise line. I'm not sure I got a straight answer as to what is really included. This is our first cruise so it has been a bit confusing. We travel a lot, domestically and internationally, but this is our first cruise. I am a travel savvy person and understand travel planning. However, it just wasn't very clear and direct.

My experience was good. My rep Ms. Johnson did an excellent job on the phone. I am a CA state phone pro instructor so I know.

Awesome Agent, always so Helpful and friendly!!

It was very easy and pleasant experience. My travel advisor was very friendly, and informative!
