I enjoyed the booking experience except for the popup that continued to ask me if I wanted help. I prefer to just use the online platform -- which is very good. The popup helper started to become frustrating.Other things I noticed -- There needed to be more explanations of the various cabin grades upfront, not buried in the pages at the end right before booking. Also, the various come-ons, or enticements are never really true, but I know that about your site.But overall, I enjoy using your site to book the cruise. I also appreciated getting a contact number incase I did need to speak with someone directly.
