I had to call and change the name on my reservation. A representative answered quickly and completed my request efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised.

I had a good experience with Cheap Cruises. Booking was very quick and easier. I was able to choose the cabin I wanted and the price was less than the competitors.

Kristine really knows her job. Got every question answered quickly. Thanks.

Good services

Booking the cruise was easy, however I initially had an issue with uplift due to an error on my behalf which resulted in my booking reservation to be non existent with cheap cruises. Needless to say I was bummed about it but your employee, Jenn Shinault was super efficient in helping me fix the issue. She went above and beyond my expectations to make sure everything was resolved. She is to be commended!👏
