Great experience. Everything was easy to use and straight forward. Look forward to booking more cruise’s in the future

we have been booking with Harry Kroll for many cruises. he is an excellent representative of Cheap Cruises. Harry has always been great in helping us. He answers all our questions and concerns. He goes above and beyond to service our concerns. I would give Harry a better than a 5 star rating,

Johnny Cuff was wonderful. He explained ever, single detail and answered all of our questions cheerfully. Thank you for having him on your staff.

The Rep was so helpful and friendly

Initially started my inquiry with a sales agent and confirmed they worked on commission (as I do) so that I could work with her again when ready to book. On the day I called back she off work and would be returning in a couple of days. I left a message but again she was off work so I did not expect a returned call. I panicked and called the next day and was routed to Bob. Both sales representatives were amazing. Neither of them seemed commission driven. I even received a call back from my original contact to confirm I was taken care of. She was lovely and he was very helpful working up to 11:43pm est to make sure we were taken care of. Great experience all the way around!

Flawless

Great service

Ari was very good at assisting me.

Was very easy to do. Even when I booked the wrong cruise, they were very helpful and professional.

We have worked with the same travel advisor for several years now. JJ is very knowledgeable and always listens to what we would like or need. After several years of bookings, she knows where on the ship we would probably like to be and suggests deck levels for us. She is a real gem!
