Reps are VERY nice. The only problem I experience is I cannot send an e-mail or text to anyone of them. This does not permit me to get or receive help very fast.

My booking was handled with patience and professionalism. Anna is a great travel agent. If she cannot answer a question she will find the answer. Anna is polite and a delight to speak with, and she is quick to respond to emails. Best Cheap Cruises Rep yet!

Lisa Lupien was wonderful. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She actually seemed as excited about the cruise as I was and went out of her way to help me and answer my questions.
