Very good. Jamie answered my questions.

Super easy from start to finish. Greg does a great job.

Booking was easy, friendly, and explained to.

I have been booking with cheap cruises for several years; Wendi Kaye is a very professional travel agent. I had originally called her on Friday (she is off on Fridays and Saturdays) concerning the most recent booking; I was unable to get through on the 800 number but, did get through using the 617 number and left her a message. On Sunday she called me back about 9:30 -10 a.m. She works 11 to 7, she explained that the company is in the process of updating their phone line services. I told her the cruise I was interested in and she got me this booking at a great price. I have gone through Wendi for the majority of cruises booked through cheap cruises; she is very competent, knowledgeable and again, professional. I would highly recommend her.
