I tried to book 2 cabins under 2 different names and credit cards. One booking went through, and the other did not. I called Cheap Cruises right away and spoke to a very helpful agent (Scott) and he said the inside balcony cabin we booked was the last one available at that price. I wanted to cancel the first one, but would have to pay $100 penalty. Scott did everything he could to get us the same type of cabin, but to no avail. I don't think it's fair that we couldn't cancel the first reservation for no fee, and that in order to take this cruise with our friends, we had to take a more expensive, oceanview (no balcony) cabin and miss out on the bonus perks that were only offered for a balcony cabin. Excellent for Scott... not too good for Cheap Cruises policies.

Chose cruise & went to make payment & had to call to complete my transaction. Luckily, the agent I spoke with was AMAZING. I give her 5 stars as she was knowledgable, helpful & efficient!!

My agent (Nikki) was excellent. She was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the packages and made sure to listen to my concerns, or questions without interruption. She fully understands the policy and procedure of embarkation and what to expect as a veteran cruiser. She was patient with me, as I was questioning several differences in prices and ship characteristics, and quality. She explained (In good detail) what was my on-boarding procedures were, and what documents to bring onboard to make it seemless for me and my party.She was very honest and reliable about what I was buying into, and transparent and accurate on pricing for adding guest to my party. GREAT JOB NIKKI.
