I had to cancel my original cruise due to COVID in my house. When I went to reschedule I was told everything from Uplift didn't have my money to I needed to pay full price for my cruise. Finally I got a hold if Chris. He understood my frustration and helped me get my cruise booked. Thank goodness he is the one person who understood how confusing this ordeal was for me.

I had to ask if the cruise was round-trip, since the all the trips are not clear about that. Also, I didn't know how to make a reservation, so asked on the live chat. I was given the web link and the rest was fairly easy.

Mellissa was wonderful. After I booked with her she contacted me as a room became available on the level my friends were on. This was greatly appreciated by me.

Kathleen is fabulous, if she ever leaves your employ we probably won't cruise any longer. She knows about the different ships and always makes sure of which direction we want to go.Being on a fixed income but enjoying traveling isn't usually harmonious but with the deals Kathleen always finds for us we can do it and enjoy our time.

This is the fourth time I have used this service. I keep coming back to use it because, it is a thoroughly satisfactory experience. The value is good, and the agent with whom I work is willing to take that "extra step" to not only help with the booking, but to provide more than a functionary role. The agent actively engages with me to find out things which allows him to be of assistance in choices that I need to make. Quite refreshing.
