Erica was super-helpful and patient.I feel like the benefits of the insurance package was oversold, and I don't like that it was automatically added to my cruise. I also don't like that there is a $24.99 processing fee. I've never worked with a travel agent that added a fee. Finally, the cruise listing says 'you may qualify for a prepaid VISA' and separately says 'you may qualify for an onboard credit.' In the end, customers need to pick one, but the website doesn't present it this way (unless you did around the FAQs - incentives should be clearer, regardless).I probably should have chosen 3 or 4 stars, but I didn't want to penalize Erica for items outside her control. If you weren't the cheapest, I probably would look elsewhere.
