The website is hard to navigate because it brings up cruises outside of the filters you set, such as the dates etc. Then you have to go back and start over if you’re looking for a specific cruise. The prices are not consistent from one page to the next and there’s no clear breakdown as to why. Using a calculator and running the numbers with % discount or cash off rewards I finally figured out where the final price came from. It took me a couple of hours to research and compare prices between you and another discount cruise company because I wasn’t sure if I was comparing the right prices for the same services.

I called the toll free number for assistance in booking a cruise for my parents. Ellie Bevington was my representative helping me. She was incredibly helpful, polite and patient.
