She was very helpful and made sure to follow up with me about everything. I am so thankful for her and her help. I did contact Amber Jensen1-800-972-7447 extension 35507 and she NEVER got back with me and promised she would contact me by the end of the day. I am disappointed that she did not contact me when they canceled the cruise. I would never want to work with her ever. The representative that I did work with was kind and empathetic about everything that happened to me.

The booking agent ,Monica, was outstanding. She took her time to explain everything. Unfortunately I could not receive my guest booking confirmation despite repeated attempts to email it to me. Not sure why this occurred. Monica was very patient and attempted to send it several times. Great customer service overall!!
