Our representative Rachel was absolutely wonderful she answered all her questions and I was going to book it myself but since she had more knowledge I let her go ahead and do it she was very very professional

I do believe the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable, only that did all possible to make sure that I was not only aware of all but also comfortable with all the agreement and information regarding the cruise and company.

The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because you don't find out until you have booked that you're going to be charged a $24.99 service fee. I think that's unprofessional; it makes the buyer suspicious as to what other hidden fees will be encountered.
