It was good. Best price I could find, and I could also select the cabin that I wanted.

Our experience was great until we realized that we booked a balcony room with an obstructed view in which we did ask for a non-obstructed view. We called back and got it straightened out.

Jessica was fantastic and very patient! She was okay with me and my Wife both on the phone asking questions. She freely gave me her extension and was so nice and soft spoken and answered all of our questions! This is why we booked with her! Thank you again and we will suggest your company to our friends and workers!Best regards,John Pirro
