Leanne Ong was amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and was so patient and sweet with me. When it comes to doing stuff on the phone or computer I have difficulty. She was so patient and walked me through it and stayed on the line to make sure I got the information I needed. She was very professional. She has been by far the easiest to get a booking. I booked the cruise online and selected the wrong cruise. Once I realized the error, I contacted Cheap cruise to cancel and was charged a cancellation fee of $100.00 plus $25.00 processing fee. Since the error was done on the 20 Mar 2026 and I contacted Cheap cruise within 24 hours on the 21 Mar 2026 I requested to have the cancellation fee waived but that was not done now it has cost me $125.00 for selecting the wrong cruise. I feel the best action for me in the future is to contact the cruise line directly to avoid losing money if an error is made.
