easy to follow along with, my only wish is that the additional fees that would have to be paid that were not include in the price should have been estimated and noted up front

I just booked my 2nd cruise on NCL thru Ali Mcilvenny. The service was so good I choose to call her direct again. She really knows her job and is super patient, explains things clearly and is fun to work wiht.

The booking agent was excellent, I highly recommend her customer servicing. She helped navigate the experience for my wife's birthday and 1st cruise with ease and comfort for both my wife and myself.
