Carleen is wonderful BUT... I tried using some of your "Virtual Rewards" Visa cards to pay part of my reservation, and two of the cards were declined. Not very happy about that, and I will be contacting your customer service department about that

Was easy to use website and got the cruise I wanted for April with exact dates! The only thing I can’t find is what’s included after I booked. Even got the app for cruise reservations and still can’t find info!

Jenny was very helpful with everything & answered all questions that we had. She found a better price than we thought we were going to get. She was friendly, personable, and very competent.
