Easy process online. I had to call to process payment. The person on the phone was very helpful and was able to fix the problem with my reservation.

Tonya was great!! Some how I was charged twice for the cruise when I alerted her, she got right on it. My funds that were taken out were put back the following business day. Wonderful weekend I had because my money was back and I didn't even have to pay for bounced checks. Thank you Tonya for speaking well and having patience. It made all the difference . I will be booking again with her and bringing friends also.

It was fine, but I guess I expected more information and help along the way. Someone did come up on chat to answer a few questions. It was my first time booking a cruise, and although I feel good about the cruise I booked in the end, I was a little confused and still had questions along the way.
